Kampura is a beautiful farm located in north east Guatemala. We have 500 hectares of natural rubber, 160 hectares of cacao with mahogany and rosewood as shade trees, 95 hectares of mahogany and rosewood and a 45 hectare natural forest that we manage in a sustainable manner. Our farm was declared a degraded area by the UN, we have a zero deforestation policy. We have planted more than 600,000 trees. We currently are selling carbon offsets from our natural rubber project, we can measure the environmental impact we have made. We strongly believe that planting trees and taking care of them is the only way for humans to continue living in a sustainable manner. We were awarded the best forestry farm by the Guatemala National Forest Institute this year.
